Arrested<\/strong>: Tiron B. Beard, age 21, Fort Wayne<\/p>\n

Charge<\/strong>: Receiving Stolen Property<\/p>\n

A third individual has been charged in connection to a string of robberies that occurred in apartment complexes during the month of January. Yesterday evening, Tiron B. Beard, age 21, of Fort Wayne, was taken into police custody and transported to the Allen County Jail on a charge of Receiving Stolen Property. Evidence discovered during the course of the investigation linked Beard to a robbery investigation that occurred on January 10, 2013 at 8709 Gulf Drive. The depth of his involvement remains under investigation.<\/p>\n

The Fort Wayne Police Department continues to investigate these incidents and additional arrests are anticipated. Apartment residents are encouraged to remain vigilant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
