src=\"https:\/\/www.aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/46927.jpg\" alt=\"Four properties along Ewing Street are up for sale by their Indianapolis owner\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">The For Sale sign announcing the properties have a combined 141 feet of street frontage.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/46928.jpg\" alt=\"One of the signs announcing Ewing Street property sale\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">I contacted the current owner of the properties who resides in Indianapolis and spoke with him about the signs.\u00c2\u00a0 He\u00c2\u00a0said he was aware of the recent acquisitions by National Oil in Bluffton.\u00c2\u00a0 He has been approached by developers, but nothing solid has happened yet.\u00c2\u00a0 He would not share his asking price with me.\u00c2\u00a0 Best of luck to him and my
