July 16, 2012<\/p>\n

Recently the Allen County Council and the Fort Wayne Common Council formed a joint committee to discuss property tax abatement or what has also been known as property tax phase-in. The purposes of this joint committee are to investigate potential recommendations to city and county policies on tax phase-in and to better define the goal of providing a tax phase-in. The committee is also focusing on:<\/p>\n

\n[li]Property tax phase\u00e2\u20ac\u201din for professional service companies[\/li]
\n[li]Compliance monitoring processes[\/li]
\n[li]City and county application review systems[\/li]
\n[\/list]<\/p>\n
