Kalb is remonstrating and has presented his arguments against the permit. \u00c2\u00a0They are going through his points right now. \u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">There is concern over whether or not the sign notifying the public of the public hearing for the permit has been placed on a public thoroughfare. \u00c2\u00a0The sign is on a corner of the ballpark, off Ewing Street and where you enter down a slope to either the ballfield or into what will be the garage of The Harrison.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">They are now discussing whether or not the absence of remonstrators from the residential areas makes a difference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">John B. Kalb is completing his arguments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">They are wrapping up this portion of the hearing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Final vote to approve the application:
