Steve Shine was re-elected as the GOP Party Chairman. \u00c2\u00a0He gave a fiery speech defending his chairmanship which was mainly directed at his chief opponent, Ric Runestad.<\/p>\n

At the Allen County Democratic Party Headquarters, Mike Bynum was re-elected as the Democrat’s Chairman.<\/p>\n
