On February 22, 2012, the Downtown GOP Club featured a candidate forum with the two Republican candidates in the Allen County Commissioner’s District 1 race.<\/p>\n

Incumbent Nelson Peters and challenger John McGauley participated. They were given time to introduce themselves and explain why they were running for the office and then asked questions by moderator Casey Cox.<\/p>\n
