Each signal will be temporarily de-activated for approximately 1 \u00c2\u00bd to 2 hours beginning with SR 3 and Ludwig Road at 9 a.m.  This work is necessary in order to complete the final signal wiring at each intersection. Only one intersection at a time can be temporarily de-activated. Police will direct traffic throughout the day.
