Courtyard by Marriott Hotel will be in front of the Fort Wayne City Council on February 3, 2008. \u00c2\u00a0Let&#8217;s be clear about something &#8211; the news will probably not be positive, nor will it be anything new at all. \u00c2\u00a0They are still in the process of securing financing and the credit markets haven&#8217;t changed much. \u00c2\u00a0Still, and this is the important part, it
