Many of the Wells Street merchants are participating. \u00c2\u00a0There will be free trolley rides along the corridor and from 2 pm until 3 pm, Carrollers will sing and Hot Chocolate and Cookies served on the Historic Wells Street Bridge along with a visit from ol&#8217; Saint Nick!
