Last Wednesday, April 27, 2011, the\u00c2\u00a0neighborhoods\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0Illsley, West Foster Park and Southwood Park held a City Council 5th District Debate on the former campus of Taylor University.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Republican Ben Hall and Democrats Dennis Ferguson and Geoff Paddock were in attendance. \u00c2\u00a0Democrats Richard Cline and Maye Johnson was absent. \u00c2\u00a0It was stated that both were sick, however, Cline was seen at Mayor Henry’s Spaghetti Dinner<\/a> just a couple of hours prior to this debate.<\/p>\n
