A little late, but a technical glitch caused the posting to be delayed until today.<\/p>\n

On March 8, 2011, I sat down with Rev. Michael Latham, Sr., to talk about this campaign for the Democratic nomination in the 6th City Council district.<\/p>\n

In the fourth segment of the interview, I ask about a photo I remember seeing when Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, a Republican, ran for the office his first time. \u00c2\u00a0I remembered seeing a photo of Rev. Latham signing \u00c2\u00a0the RV1. \u00c2\u00a0I haven’t been able to locate a copy of the photo and Rev. Latham didn’t remember it either. \u00c2\u00a0I do\u00c2\u00a0succinctly\u00c2\u00a0remember seeing a photo that was widely circulated of Latham and his family along with Daniels after a Daniels stay at his home. \u00c2\u00a0A copy was located from an old campaign brochure, but isn’t suitable for scanning.<\/p>\n

After the election, Rev. Latham did go to work for Daniels in the Family and Social Services Administration in 2006. \u00c2\u00a0He was charged with creating a network of volunteer clergy who would work with FSSA clients and employees. \u00c2\u00a0He resigned the position in August, 2007.<\/p>\n
