THIS WILL EXACERBATE ONGOING RIVER FLOODING ACROSS THE AREA AND BRING ABOUT A HEIGHTENED RISK FOR GREATER LOWLAND FLOODING.<\/p>\n<p>THE EXTENT AND DEGREE OF POTENTIAL FLOODING IS HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON THIS SYSTEMS TRACK AND INTENSITY WITH AS YET STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY ON THE PLACEMENT OF THE GREATEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS. HOWEVER AS IT APPEARS NOW&#8230;WIDESPREAD BASIN AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES ARE ANTICIPATED. IN ADDITION&#8230;POTENTIALLY HEAVIER RAINFALL MAY DEVELOP LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING IN EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS. PERSONS LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS NOW TO MINIMIZE FLOOD RELATED DAMAGES.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;] &#8230;FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR<\/p>\n<p>* PORTIONS OF NORTHERN INDIANA AND NORTHWEST OHIO&#8230;INCLUDING  THE FOLLOWING AREAS&#8230;IN NORTHERN INDIANA&#8230;ADAMS&#8230;ALLEN IN&#8230; BLACKFORD&#8230;CASS IN&#8230;DE KALB&#8230;GRANT&#8230;HUNTINGTON&#8230;JAY&#8230; MIAMI&#8230;WABASH AND WELLS. IN NORTHWEST OHIO&#8230;ALLEN OH&#8230;  DEFIANCE&#8230;FULTON OH&#8230;HENRY&#8230;PAULDING&#8230;PUTNAM&#8230;VAN WERT AND WILLIAMS.<\/p>\n<p>* FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING<\/p>\n<p>* WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES WILL LIKELY LEAD TO ADDITIONAL FLOODING&#8230;ESPECIALLY NEAR RIVERS AND STREAMS THAT ARE ALREADY RUNNING HIGH. LOWLAND AREAS&#8230;STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL ALSO BE PRONE TO RISING WATER.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON CURRENT FORECASTS.<\/p>\n<p>YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE FLOOD WARNINGS.
