Harrison Square area.\u00c2\u00a0 Located along Brackenridge Street, it ebbs and spurts just like a &#8230;. well, a geyser?\u00c2\u00a0 Ok, a whimsical post, but it was the first thought that came to mind when I saw the leak in the pipe.\u00c2\u00a0 I believe this is a drain pipe that goes around the Square area draining off the water that is pumped out to keep the flooding down.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/t43239.jpg\" alt=\"t43239.jpg\" \/>\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/t43249.jpg\" alt=\"t43249.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">On a more serious note, a photo set from the Harrison Square project area from January 27, 2008 has been posted here.\u00c2\u00a0 The following\u00c2\u00a0photo was taken from Webster Street behind the Adair Federal Courthouse, looking West at Ewing Street.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00c2\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/t43233.jpg\" alt=\"t43233.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">That hill in front of the houses is the concourse\u00c2\u00a0which is about 5 feet higher than the street level.\u00c2\u00a0 Today, Monday, January 28, 2008, a crane had been moved into the construction area.\u00c2\u00a0 Concrete pouring
