.LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP AND TRACK ALONG OR JUST NORTH OF THE OHIO RIVER THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY BREAK OUT THURSDAY EVENING AND MAY BECOME HEAVY LATE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING. WHILE THE BULK OF THE PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO FALL IN THE FORM OF SNOW…A MIXTURE OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE…ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF A MARION INDIANA TO OTTAWA OHIO LINE WHERE WARM AIR ALOFT MAY BE IN PLACE. 4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE WATCH AREA WITH AMOUNTS CLOSE TO A FOOT POSSIBLE IN THE HEAVIEST BAND. A TENTH TO ONE QUARTER INCH OF ICE COULD ACCRUE ACROSS SOUTHERN AREAS.<\/p>\n
