Kekionga Steel Drumz offer a Caribbean Valentine<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Kekionga Steel Drumz is hosting its annual Caribbean Valentine Dinner and Concert Saturday, Feb. 5, at South Side High School. A dinner of pulled pork on a bun, potatoes, beans, applesauce and dessert will be served from 4-7 p.m. with the concert starting at 7:30 p.m. The Steel Drumz will perform with special guest Steelin’ Hearts Duo from Akron, Ohio. The cost is $10 for the dinner and concert, $8 for dinner only (adults and students) and $5 for the concert only (adults only). Students in grades Kindergarten-12 may attend the concert for free. The Steel Drumz will also be selling CDs of the album recorded by the band last year. Proceeds from the event and CD help the band with expenses associated with performing throughout the city and beyond.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
