I am at the Allen County Election Board this morning.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It’s the first day of filing for the city-wide elections as well as out-lying cities in Allen County. \u00c2\u00a0I will have photos and video later in the day.<\/p>\n

First in the door this morning was Democrat Frederick F. Steinke who filed for the Fort Wayne Mayor’s race. \u00c2\u00a0Steinke provided a statement which I will post later today. \u00c2\u00a0He ran in the 2007 Primary and lost to Mayor Tom Henry.<\/p>\n

Next \u00c2\u00a0up was Councilman Tom Didier who filed to run for re-election in the 3rd on the Republican ballot.<\/p>\n

Also, Republican Mayoral candidate Liz Brown sent out a press release at 8:50 am stating she has raised $25,000 from December 3rd through the 31st. \u00c2\u00a0I will have the full press release later today.<\/p>\n
