Berry St., on Monday. Kent Maggard, Fifth Third&#8217;s northeast Indiana community president, expects the branch to be up and running in early spring.<\/p>\n<p>The eight-story building, owned by local developer Bill Bean, will be renamed the Fifth Third Metro Center.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]\u00c2\u00a0Fifth Third, which operates eight branches in Allen County, will notify downtown customers 30 days before the move. Accounts will automatically transfer to the new location.
