\nWHEN<\/strong>: Wednesdays in January and February from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (see full listing below)
\nWHERE<\/strong>: United Way of Allen County Carriage House, 334 E. Berry St., except for the first meeting at the Red Cross
\nWHY<\/strong>: To provide individuals with important economic and community information
