Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The agenda for the Regular Session may be downloaded here and the Executive Session agenda here.<\/p>\n<p>They will first meet in closed Executive Session which will be followed by their regular open to the public meeting at 4 pm. \u00c2\u00a0The meeting will be in the County Commissioners Courtroom on the 2nd floor of the City County Building.<\/p>\n<p>There are two items on the regular agenda. \u00c2\u00a0The first is:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Resolution 2010-32<\/strong> &#8211; Ratifying and approving an expenditure for parking control signage for\u00c2\u00a0the Harrison Square parking garage<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The second is a discussion on Harrison Square. \u00c2\u00a0The Executive Session agenda has the following item listed:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing, as defined in Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As you may remember, the notice the City sent to Barry Real Estate and Hardball Capital over their failure to begin construction on The Harrison retail\/condo development at Harrison Square, expires on Wednesday, December 29th. \u00c2\u00a0The discussion will center around the next action to be taken by the Redevelopment Commission. \u00c2\u00a0Probably
