Customers can also find outage safety tips and contact information.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;During a recent major storm, over 13 percent of our web traffic came from mobile devices,&#8221; said Eric Davis, user experience supervisor. &#8220;We heard from customers who said that during a power outage when their computers were down, their mobile phones still worked, but our site was difficult to use with mobile devices.
