Senior Circle, a Lutheran Health Network program for older adults, has collaborated with the LaSalle Bed &amp; Breakfast Inn and the Fort Wayne Ballet to provide a special opportunity for Senior Circle members and their grandchildren to enjoy Tea with Grandma. The tea party will take place at the LaSalle Bed &amp; Breakfast Inn, 517 W. Washington Blvd., near St. Joseph Hospital, from 1 to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The tea party will feature special guests from the Fort Wayne Ballet&#8217;s production of The Nutcracker, including Clara and some of her friends from the Kingdom of the Sweets. Grandmothers may bring one or two grandchildren ages 4 or older to partake in tea or hot chocolate and special treats prepared by Marie Margaret Gill and Rose Aimee Butler.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Senior Circle is pleased to partner with LaSalle Bed &amp; Breakfast, our downtown neighbor, and Fort Wayne Ballet to offer this special opportunity,&#8221; said Coleen Arribasplata, coordinator of the Senior Circle Program, Lutheran Health Network. &#8220;Tea with Grandma debuted last year, and we had an overwhelming response from Senior Circle members, so we hope to have another full house.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the event or Senior Circle, contact Arribasplata at (260) 425-3861.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Circle is a program designed for adults age 50 and older that provides health screenings, health-related talks and numerous wellness programs for older adults.
