The Phil to Play in Lobbies of Three Lutheran Health Network Hospitals<\/strong>
\nAs part of its Random Acts of Music Initiative<\/em><\/p>\n

Lutheran Health Network will graciously host two quartets and a quintet comprised of musicians from the Fort Wayne Philharmonic in the lobbies of St. Joseph, Dupont and Lutheran hospitals on Wednesday, Sept. 8. The event is a continuation of a campaign that The Phil announced in January. “Random Acts of Music” is an initiative to increase community awareness of classical music.<\/p>\n

“Lutheran Health Network is proud to support the arts locally by having the Fort Wayne Philharmonic pleasantly surprise passers-by with live music in our hospitals,” said Joe Dorko, interim CEO, Lutheran Health Network. “Having these professional musicians perform at three of our Fort Wayne facilities makes for a special opportunity to comfort and entertain our guests with beautiful sound in unique settings. Many guests, patients and employees enjoyed the music that filled the lobby of St. Joe earlier this year, so we’re thrilled to have been chosen again.”<\/p>\n
