The event, which is free and open to the public, will bring an afternoon of Halloween festivities to children and families in the neighborhoods surrounding Electric Works.<\/p>\n<p>Held in partnership with the Brooks family, the event combines a traditional trunk-or-treat with a Halloween street carnival. Attendees can enjoy scheduled performances by local dance and cheer groups, music from a DJ, games, food and activities hosted by local businesses and community members. Families can also visit a coloring station inside Union Street Market and take photos at the trolley photo station.<\/p>\n<p>The trolley photo station will also serve as the entry point for the event\u2019s costume contest. Participants who would like to enter can request to have their photo included in the contest. Photos will be shared on Electric Works\u2019 social media channels on Monday, Oct. 26, for community voting.
