Three Parkview hospitals named 2024 Best Places to Work by Indiana Chamber of Commerce<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 28, 2024) \u2013 Three Parkview facilities \u2013 Parkview Ortho Hospital, Parkview Wabash Hospital and Parkview Whitley Hospital \u2013 were recently named to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce\u2019s 2024 list of Best Places to Work in Indiana.<\/p>\n

The three Parkview hospitals were among 193 Hoosier businesses selected to this year\u2019s list. Parkview was the only hospital system in Indiana to make to the 2024 list.<\/p>\n

Parkview Wabash returns to the Chamber\u2019s list for the fourth time, previously being named a Best Place to Work in Indiana for three consecutive years from 2018-2020. Parkview Whitley Hospital \u2013 which includes Parkview Kosciusko Hospital \u2013 was also previously named a Best Place to Work in Indiana. This year is the first time Parkview Ortho Hospital has been recognized by the Indiana Chamber.<\/p>\n

\u201cBest Places to Work in Indiana is a reflection of the positive attitude and satisfaction that our co-workers have in their careers with Parkview,\u201d said Dr. Greg Johnson, regional market president, Parkview Health. \u201cIt\u2019s a pleasure to see Parkview Wabash Hospital and Parkview Whitley\/Kosciusko Hospital recognized once again for the strong culture and community bond they share. When our co-workers enjoy coming to work and are fully engaged in their jobs, it passes through to our patients in the form of high-quality, compassionate care.\u201d<\/p>\n

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, worth 20% of the total evaluation score. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process, the Employee Feedback Survey, was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Indiana, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe honored companies offer a blueprint for employee attraction and retention, and we are excited to celebrate their success. We hope the values and strategies on display in their workplaces can serve as models for other Indiana employers as we work together to address Indiana\u2019s talent pipeline needs,\u201d says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders.<\/p>\n

Parkview Health now employs more than 16,000 co-workers in more than 20 counties in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio and is the region\u2019s largest employer.
