Gov. Braun Protects Students with First Ever Statewide Tip Line for All K-12 Schools<\/strong><\/p>\n

Indianapolis, Indiana (October 2, 2026) \u2014 Today, Indiana Gov. Braun announced his administration is investing in an anonymous tip line for all K-12 schools. This anonymous tip line will be the first of its kind available in the state of Indiana, offering 24\/7\/365 monitoring at no cost to schools. This program is anticipated to be available for enrolled schools beginning January 2027.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis historic investment into school safety helps schools identify concerns earlier, connect students with support and respond before a situation becomes a tragedy,\u201d said Gov. Braun. \u201cThrough my administration\u2019s Office of School Safety, we are committed to ensuring every student in Indiana has a safe place to learn, and every parent has confidence that concerns about their child\u2019s safety will be heard and acted upon.\u201d<\/p>\n
