The investigation was conducted by the Fort Wayne Police Department Homicide Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Brooks is scheduled to be sentenced on October 30 at 11:00 a.m. by Judge Frances Gull.<\/p>\n<p>The Allen County Prosecutor\u2019s Office extends its appreciation to the Fort Wayne Police Department Homicide Unit, the Indiana State Police Laboratory, and all those who assisted with the investigation and prosecution of this case.
