FWFD Engine 12 entered the structure and aggressively attacked the fire. The fire was brought under control within nine minutes of dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>FWFD Truck 12 searched the duplex for anyone still inside, but the lone occupant was alerted by a working smoke detector and self-evacuated on their own.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire is under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Fire Damage: Moderate<br \/>\nWater Damage: Moderate<br \/>\nSmoke Damage: Moderate<\/p>\n<p>Assisting
