Starting Thursday, September 17, Parnell Avenue will temporarily transition to southbound-only. During this time, motorists will not be able to drive northbound from East State Boulevard to Nettie Avenue. This adjustment is necessary to provide working room for the construction crews installing a concrete center median in the roadway.
