Tickets are on sale now through Friday, Oct. 2, or until sold out.<\/p>\n<p>The Local Food Throwdown celebrates the best ingredients from regional farms and the talented culinary leaders who prepare them. Ticket sales directly support the Northeast Indiana Local Food Network\u2019s mission &#8211; funding local food hub development, Farm to School programs, healthy food access, and the organizational capacity needed to sustain our nonprofit\u2019s work across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Guests will enjoy dishes from nine of Northeast Indiana\u2019s finest chefs, including three appetizers, three entr\u00e9es, and three desserts made with fresh local ingredients.
