Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 20, 2026) \u2013 PBS Fort Wayne will provide live coverage of Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker\u2019s public forum on the Anchor Resource Center<\/a>, the proposed 24\/7 support hub for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.<\/p>\n

Mayor Tucker and Chief of Staff Andrew Downs will lead the forum, which takes place from 5:30\u20137:00 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, in the Calhoun Ballroom on the second floor of the Grand Wayne Center, 120 W. Jefferson Blvd.<\/p>\n

PBS Fort Wayne will broadcast the forum on Channel 39.4, the World Channel, making the forum accessible to television viewers throughout the region.<\/p>\n

\u201cPBS Fort Wayne is committed to providing our community with access to important conversations that affect the future of our city,\u201d said Ed Leon, President and CEO of PBS Fort Wayne. \u201cThere is tremendous interest in this issue, and this forum represents an opportunity for residents to hear directly from city leadership, understand the proposal, and make their voices heard. Broadcasting the event allows a broader audience to be part of the conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n
