Officers responded to the scene and began an investigation. Officers also notified the Indiana Department of Child Services. After the initial report, forensic interviews were conducted at the Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children. In the interviews, two juvenile victims disclosed that they had been sexually abused. A Detective in the Crimes Against Persons Section (CAPS) was assigned to the investigation. During his investigation, he determined that the suspect was Alejandro Lugo, a resident of Fort Wayne.<\/p>\n<p>This morning, Lugo was arrested at his place of employment and was transported to the Allen County Jail for the below listed charges. The Fort Wayne Police Department thanks the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children for their assistance and cooperation in this
