\nRanked No. 29 overall in Indiana<\/em><\/p>\n

Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 13, 2026) \u2013 Parkview Health has been named to the Forbes 2026 list of America\u2019s Best Employers by State, ranking No. 29 out of 75 companies in Indiana.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the fifth consecutive year Parkview has made the Forbes list, improving its ranking from No. 32 in 2025. Parkview was one of 13 healthcare and social services companies highlighted on this year\u2019s Indiana list, ranked with fellow Fort Wayne-headquartered companies Steel Dynamics (No. 36) and Fort Wayne Community Schools (No. 69).<\/p>\n

\u201cParkview is dedicated to supporting our nearly 18,000 co-workers in both their professional and personal lives,\u201d said Dena Jacquay, chief administrative officer, Parkview Health. \u201cOur culture is built on listening to our co-workers\u2019 feedback and building a workplace that works for them. As we continue to grow into new regions across the state, Parkview has proven its consistency in being one of Indiana\u2019s best employers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Forbes and Statista selected America\u2019s Best-In-State Employers 2026 through an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 245,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people, with around 2 million employer evaluations considered this year. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal evaluations given by employees themselves and public evaluations given by employees\u2019 friends and family or members of the public who work in the same industry.<\/p>\n

On top of competitive pay and strong benefits, Parkview offers an expansive suite of co-worker perks. The health system provides a quarterly \u201clifestyle benefit\u201d stipend; flexible pay options allowing co-workers to access earnings on their schedule; 16 hours of volunteer time off allowing co-workers to remain active in their community; a nationally recognized MyWell-Being team dedicated to supporting co-workers\u2019 physical and mental health; tuition reimbursement for further education; free admission to seasonal community events and attractions and on-site visits from Parkview Pups.<\/p>\n

Parkview continues to outperform benchmarks for employee turnover, maintaining a retention rate above 90% compared to a national healthcare average of approximately 86%. First-year retention rates also remain about 10 percentage points above the national average.<\/p>\n
