Flooding may occur\r\n  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be\r\n  flooded.\r\n\r\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\r\n  - Additional heavy rain is possible tonight. Rainfall rates of\r\n    1 to 2 inches per hour are possible in thunderstorms.
