Flooding may occur\r\n  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be\r\n  flooded.\r\n\r\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\r\n  - Radar indicates 3 to 8 inches with isolated locations\r\n    receiving 8 to 12 inches of rain fell across much of the area\r\n    the past 3 days. Additional heavy rain is possible Thursday\r\n    afternoon and evening. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per\r\n    hour are possible in thunderstorms.
