Arts Organization Support grants operate on a two-year cycle and provide annual operating support for the ongoing artistic and administrative functions of eligible arts organizations. Arts Project Support grants provide funding of up to $4,000 to eligible Indiana nonprofit organizations and public entities for a specific arts project or arts activity(ies). 73 of Indiana\u2019s 92 counties will receive funding through these grant programs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an exciting time for Indiana\u2019s creative ecosystem,\u201d said Dave Haist, Chair of the Indiana Arts Commission. \u201cThe Commission is grateful to the funded organizations for their work in improving quality of life, supporting local economies, making Indiana a place for all to want to live, work, and thrive through arts and creativity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following are examples of Arts Organization Support grant recipients:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Bloomington Creative Glass Center is a nonprofit organization committed to bringing affordable, high-quality hands-on education to people in southern Indiana. Programming is open to any and all who have an interest in glass arts, regardless of age or experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minnetrista Museum &#038; Gardens, in Muncie, fosters a love of learning across generations and engages the community through the richness of art, the beauty of nature, and the heritage of East Central Indiana. The 40-acre campus offers educational programs, workshops, and community events throughout the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>View all Arts Organization Support recipients. Arts Organization Support grants operate on a two-year cycle, with applications next opening for Fiscal Years 2028 &#038; 2029 in January 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Following are examples of Arts Project Support Spring cycle grant recipients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Downtown South Bend was awarded an Arts Project Support grant to support Art Beat 2026, a free visual, performing, and culinary arts festival, which takes place in downtown South Bend. Art Beat provides artists with an accessible platform to exhibit and sell their work while offering the community opportunities to experience a wide range of artistic disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Main Street Corydon will utilize an Arts Project Support grant to support the creation of a public mural located at the corner of Capitol and Beaver Streets in the heart of historic downtown Corydon. The mural will celebrate the community\u2019s heritage, culture, and local pride while enhancing the visual appeal of a highly visible downtown location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>View all Arts Project Support grant recipients. Applications were evaluated by 36 external grant reviewers from around the state and country with expertise in the arts, community development, and nonprofit management.  Arts Project Support grants are offered twice per fiscal year.
