On Sunday, July 5, 2026, at approximately 03:00 hours, at the Shell Gas Station, located at 1923 Broadway, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Lamond Rashod Goodier was involved in a disturbance and sustained a gunshot wound, before being transported by private conveyance to a local hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The autopsy has been completed, and notification has been made to the next of kin.<\/p>\n<p>Lamond Rashod Goodier&#8217;s Cause of Death has been determined to be Gunshot Wound of Head, and the Manner of Death is Homicide.<\/p>\n<p>Lamond Rashod Goodier is the 19th Homicide for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, The Allen County Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and the Allen County Coroner&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Christopher A.
