Parkview Health named to Newsweek\u2019s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care list for second consecutive year<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 23, 2026) \u2013 Parkview Health has once again been recognized among Newsweek\u2019s Greatest Workplaces in Healthcare in a new listing released this month<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Parkview was selected as one of 500 healthcare companies and one of only eight headquartered in Indiana that appeared on the 2026 list. Parkview improved to a 4 1\/2-star rating out of a possible five after receiving 4 stars in 2025.<\/p>\n

Newsweek teamed up with Plant-A Insights Group and other third-party vendors to create a comprehensive analysis of more than 575,000 interviews and 7.6 million reviews covering 10 metrics of employee satisfaction including leadership, compensation and work-life balance.<\/p>\n

Parkview continues to grow its offerings every year, driven by the needs of co-workers. Within the last year, Parkview joined an innovative Tri-Share+ program with the Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Education Coalition, where Parkview picks up a third of the cost of childcare for eligible co-workers; debuted the Backup Childcare program to cover short-term care for parents in unexpected situations; and introduced a flexible pay system allowing co-workers options to access their earnings within the normal two-week pay period.<\/p>\n

Those new benefits come on top of existing programs including the quarterly Lifestyle Benefit stipend; 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off; free admission to local seasonal community events; education tuition reimbursement; Parkview\u2019s in-house MyWell-Being team supporting physical and mental health; and the Parkview Pups therapy dog program.<\/p>\n

These efforts help drive workforce stability, with Parkview maintaining over 90% retention \u2014 outperforming national healthcare averages and supporting a strong, consistent care environment for patients.<\/p>\n
