He has been positively identified as Damien Lamar Jacobs, male, Black, age 19, of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a Man Down in the parking lot and found Damien Lamarr Jacobs unresponsive. The decedent was pronounced dead at the scene by Three Rivers Ambulance Authority.<\/p>\n<p>Damien Lamarr Jacobs&#8217;s Cause of Death is Gunshot Wound, and the Manner of Death is Homicide.<\/p>\n<p>Damien Lamar Jacobs is the 2nd Homicide for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, Allen County
