On March 4, 2026, Parke Althaus of Findlay, Ohio, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to a three count Indictment charging him with distribution of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n

Ohio Man Sentenced to 60 Months in Prison For Distribution of a Controlled Substance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fort Wayne, Indiana (March 6, 2026) \u2013 On March 4, 2026, Parke Althaus, 31 years old, of Findlay, Ohio, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to a three count Indictment charging him with distribution of a controlled substance, including charges that carried mandatory minimum sentence, announced United States Attorney Adam L. Mildred.<\/p>\n

Althaus was sentenced to 60 months in prison followed by 4 years of supervised release.<\/p>\n

According to documents in the case, on three occasions between February and April 2025, Althaus sold a combination of LSD, Ketamine, and MDMA to another individual.<\/p>\n

This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration with assistance from the Fort Wayne Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Dawn Ransom.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
