Gov. Braun invests in Main Street through local partnership in Spencer County<\/strong>
\nBraun’s economic development strategy improves access to health care and child care<\/em><\/p>\n

Indianapolis, Indiana (November 4, 2025) \u2013 Today, Governor Mike Braun celebrated a Main Street improvement project powered by a READI 2.0 investment in Richland in Spencer County.<\/p>\n

This project will revitalize part of Richland\u2019s Main Street, turning blighted property into multi-use commercial buildings, including a new family medical practice to improve health care access for the community.<\/p>\n

“This is exactly the kind of project our READI 2.0 investments were built for: pairing private investment with state support to bring new life to Main Streets and create opportunity for Hoosiers. Congratulations to Richland for their leadership on this project that will improve health care access and child care access.\u201d \u2014 Governor Mike Braun<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
