Hill, 69 years of age.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preliminary Charges<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Child molesting, A Level 1 Felony<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Details\/Summary<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>On October 1st, 2025 Officers from the Fort Wayne Police Department were dispatched to the<br \/>\narea of 3400 Plaza Drive in reference to a suspicious person complaint. Upon arrival they made<br \/>\ncontact with a female who alleged that a suspect had lured her ten-year-old daughter to come to<br \/>\nhis house. Once inside the house, the suspect allegedly touched her in an inappropriate manner.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nDetective Todd Garman of the Crimes Against Persons Unit (CAPS) was assigned to the<br \/>\ninvestigation. During the investigation the suspect was identified as Peter J. Hill. On November<br \/>\n4, 2025, Officers went to Hills residence and took him into custody. He was transported to the<br \/>\nAllen County Jail. The Fort Wayne Police Department thanks the staff of the Indiana<br \/>\nDepartment of Child Services, and the Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children for their cooperation in<br \/>\nthis investigation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is
