By aligning our hours with the Conservatory, we\u2019re making it even easier for the community to enjoy both exceptional food and the beauty of the gardens.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cafe Flora reflects our commitment to community and sustainability,&#8221; said Deputy Director of Planning &#038; Landscape Chad Shaw. &#8220;It\u2019s an example of stewarding our spaces, resources and the experiences we create for the public. We\u2019re proud of this transformation and excited for what it brings to the Conservatory and our guests.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This new Cafe is a natural extension of our work in planning and directing the Conservatory\u2019s operations and programs,&#8221; said Superintendent of Park Planning, Development &#038; Botanical Conservatory Stacy Haviland. &#8220;By integrating this space with the gift shop, we provide more opportunities for guests to engage with our gardens while enjoying a welcoming environment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Caf\u00e9 Flora gives us a chance to celebrate local flavors and products that are uniquely Fort Wayne,&#8221; said Conservatory Manager Nate Cardelli. &#8220;Our team is excited to bring the caf\u00e9 in-house and create a stronger connection between Caf\u00e9 Flora and the Conservatory\u2014so every visit feels seamless, welcoming and rooted in the community we serve.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The cafe will open during regular public hours at the Conservatory, which include Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Saturdays: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Sundays: 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. and will be closed on Mondays. The caf\u00e9 will also be open on Thursday evenings from 5:00-8:00 p.m. during $1 night Thursdays.
