A vehicle detour will be in place as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Northbound traffic: Spring Street to Wells Street to West State Boulevard<\/li>\n<li>Southbound traffic: West State Boulevard to Wells Street to Spring Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Residents in the area will have access to their homes.
