Crews launched a raft into the river and were able to locate and remove the adult victim in 12 minutes. The Three Rivers Ambulance Authority transported the patient to a local hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Assisting the Fort Wayne Fire Department: the Fort Wayne Police Department, Three Rivers Ambulance Authority,
