The scope of the project consisted of replacing the bridge deck, repairing spandrel arches and substructure, and upgrading sidewalks and approaches. Scour protection was also incorporated, which mitigates erosion, enhances structural stability and prolongs the lifespan of the bridge. The project included ADA curb ramps, improved pedestrian infrastructure connectivity and high visibility pavement markings.<\/p>\n<p>The project investment was $2.68 million.
