Kindred was found in a parking lot after being called in as a man down. When officers arrived they found the male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest warrant for Demetre Payton was issued and served yesterday afternoon. Payton was served a warrant for Murder at the Allen County Jail where he was currently being held for Possession of a Handgun without a Permit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is preliminary and subject to change during the course of the
