Detectives had developed him as a person of interest soon after the homicide of Jean Emmanuel Duperat.<\/p>\n<p>Officers went to that location and did find Stevenson in the home. He was taken into custody without incident. After being interviewed Stevenson was charged with Murder.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is preliminary and subject to change during the course of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators are asking anyone with information about the shooting to
