A witness reported a male had been shot inside one of the motel rooms. Officers located the male\/adult victim and observed he was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound (s). Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives are going door to door interviewing guests at the motel and reviewing surveillance video. In addition, witnesses have been transported to police headquarters for interviews. Detectives hope to obtain suspect information once those interviews are concluded.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Fort Wayne Police Department at (260) 427-1222 or Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-7867.<\/p>\n<p>The Allen County Coroner\u2019s Office will release the deceased identity along with the cause and manner of death. This incident remains under investigation by the City of Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney\u2019s Office, and the Allen County Coroner\u2019s Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is
