Kimbrough, a resident of Indianapolis, was found on the railroad tracks just west of Meyer Rd. The coroner reported he died of multiple gunshot wounds. He was the city\u2019s first homicide of 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Williams was a suspect early on in the investigation and was arrested just a short time after the homicide on an unrelated parole violation. He was picked up by US Marshals and has been incarcerated since mid January. This gave Fort Wayne Homicide Detectives time to gather evidence which eventually lead to Williams\u2019s arrest. Williams will be served with the warrant and eventually be brought back to Allen County face the charges.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is preliminary and subject to change during the course of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators are
