Terry Sr., five felony counts in the shooting of four people at the Diplomat Apartments in the 3220 block of Diplomat Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Fort Wayne Police Department incident report:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Felony Arrest <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Date of original incident<\/strong>: April 24, 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location of original incident<\/strong>: Diplomat Apartments, 3220 block of Diplomat Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspect Arrested<\/strong>: Bryshawn D Terry Sr DOB 03-17-1992 M\/B\/28<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preliminary Charges<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aggravated Battery, Felony<\/li>\n<li>Aggravated Battery, Felony<\/li>\n<li>Aggravated Battery, Felony<\/li>\n<li>Aggravated Battery, Felony<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Recklessness, Felony<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Details\/Summary<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>An arrest has been made in the shooting at Diplomat Apartments late Friday evening. Bryshawn D Terry Sr was arrested on four counts of Aggravated Battery and one count of Criminal Recklessness in the shooting of four people. One of the victims is still hospitalized with life threatening injuries. Initial calls to police stated numerous shots had been fired at 3220 Diplomat address. When officers arrived they found the four victims.<\/p>\n<p>Homicide Detectives worked diligently through the night making the arrest early Saturday morning, just hours after the shooting. Terry was located at a local hotel and taken into custody without incident. Terry is currently in Allen County Jail awaiting arraignment in court.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable
